Here’s a raw video from some of our underwater shots taken while snorkelling around the islands near Tapik Beach. That’s on the opposite side of northern Palawan from El Nido town. There were hardly any tourists in the area and the snorkelling was topnotch.
I took swimming lessons before the Palawan trip specifically so I can snorkel without a life vest. Achievement unlocked. I still managed to swallow a LOT of salty seawater, but we were lucky that the waves were so calm when we were there.
